Genevieve

Raised in Bluffdale, Jeni is the eighth of nine children, number nine being her twin brother, Jake. She loves to talk and spend time with family and friends. She enjoys watching movies, dancing, musicals, and Julian Smith YouTube videos. If you find her with her glasses on, you might have the pleasure of seeing her Jeffery Dallas impersonation. Genevieve is grateful to be named after her great grandmother, but she spells Jeni with a J to match her twin brother's initial. It's a twin thing, right?

Garrett

Raised in Riverton and Bluffdale, Garrett is the oldest of five. He is a go-getter, and the hardest worker most have met. He enjoys hunting, fishing, farming (Crazy? Possibly.), being the handy man, and camouflage. You can often catch him teasing those he loves, and even pulling relatively harmless pranks here and there.

Us

Garrett and Jeni both lived in Bluffdale and went to Riverton High School, but  they only knew of each other. It took them living in the same student ward in Provo, UT in order for them to really get to know each other. They went on their first date in February 2012, and after that the story tends to vary depending which of the two you're talking to. The important thing is that they fell in love and chose to get married. Garrett proposed on March 23, 2013 and they were married on May 22, 2013 in the Salt Lake Temple.
